Yesterday my "little" brother (he's the tall one in the middle) went into the Provo MTC to start his mission. Lots of us were able to come which was really fun. Steve is going to Frankfurt Germany and will leave the MTC on July 28th (my anniversary).
We had a hard time getting that darn cell phone away from him...
I managed not to cry this time--though i did get choked up a little and had to fight the actual tears--the pregnancy hormones would have kept me crying longer than I would have wanted so I fought it. As Steve was leaving the room out his special "missionary" exit Al yelled "Bye Elder Fathead" That's Al's nickname for him--I call him Squirt. Either way we'll miss our big little brother.
PS. We ran into our good friend Fernando who works there too--always good to see Fernando. He's currently waiting for my good friend Melissa to return from her mission in Taiwan (though she only left in October--so it will be a while) I wish I got a picture with Fernando...
